We have a Braemer Evaporative cooling at home. It is just around 3 years old. When tried to turn it on, it is showing service 2. Vent mode works fine. When i put it in cool, it goes to service 2 after staying preparing to start for some time.

Water heater isn't working in the property. Need a new tempering valve installed, as the old one is not working properly.

I need someone to diagnose and give me a quote for repair. My ducted heating is Braemar. Heating needs to be reset few times for it to work. Stops working after 30 mins and needs to be reset again for it to work.
