The whole heating unit got changed within less than 3years, it’s been working fine until the recent two days. It suddenly doesn’t work and need a check.

-Disconnect and remove existing gas ducted heating unit from second story roof cavity and dispose of. -Supply and install new Braemar Ducted Gas Heating TQ320NG 18.0KW gas ducted heating system to existing position with new return air duct and return air box/grille for ceiling as current return air is undersized. -Connecting to existing supply air ductwork. -New Control to be fitted in place of existing upstairs. PRICE MUST INCLUDE: -Supply and installation of gas ducted heating system (5/7 year parts and labour manufacturer's warranty; -Connect to existing powerpoint to power heater; -Connect to existing copper gas pipe; -Connect to existing duct work; -Any associated flashing (if required); -All associated labour; -Any additional parts and labour (if required) -Labour (and materials) charges for time already spent on site. -Removal of all rubbish from work site to ensure it is left clean.

I have Brivis ducted gas heating.Didn’t turn on for couple of months.Looks like pilot light is not on.Need someone to check n fix thanks
