Ceiling leak found in walk in bedroom. Had a look in the ceiling and found water marks under ducted heating unit in the ceiling. Not sure where the leak is coming from at this stage.

Some of the ducts in my house does not have proper airflow. I got the ducts cleaned and checked lately, so that are no dirts or leaks. Hi Have a under floor ducted gas heating...seems like there is low flow to certain areas of the house so want the ducting to only go to the lounge/kitchen area. So need to close and seal off the ducting to 4 bedroom areas with mastic etc so only the loungkitchen has flow. The under floor area is low so someone thin only would fit. I don't have any plans of the ducting.
