Our Bonaire cooling system doesn’t work. It has a remote on the wall which doesn’t work so we are unsure if it’s just the remote or the issue is with the cooling system.

320L Top Mount Samsung Refrigerator SR320MLS not cooling properly. Both freezer and fridge working at maybe 10%. Fridge is 10 years old. Not leaking. Ducted heating won't turn on. Spectralink controller is showing incorrect room temperature so heater never kicks on. Changed the thermistor and factory reset the controller which had it operating for 4 days, then back to wrong temp on controller. Unit is a Braemar TG4. Looking for a service of the unit and fault find (if required) to get it operating again.

Replacement under floor heating ducts to 9 outlets, replacement return air.

Car is getting above normal temperature for a short time when driving over 80k. Oil and coolant levels are fine. Both radiator hoses are hot, coolant looks clean in radiator. Head gasket replaced last year as well as fan belt, I think themostat. Car is a 1985 Suzuki Super Carry - Due date: Before Friday, 31 March 2023

Oven is taking a long time to get up to temp, and drops immediately when opened. Not sure it is getting to correct temperature once on either. (Ikea oven, may be ~10 years old)

There are holes in the ducting of our gas heating system in the ceiling allowing heat to escape. We need them patched up with duct tape until they can be replaced. 6 vents total in 3 bedroom house.
