Need urgent help repairing our evaporative cooling unit. Model is a Bonaire and likely problem is with controller unit. Currently the controller does not switch on. House is a double story

Due to these ongoing challenges, I am considering replacing the gas heating unit with a more energy-efficient electric system. My home is a four-bedroom, two-story house with approximately 10 ducts. The cooling system is a refrigerated cooling unit that shares the same ductwork. I am seeking a solution that minimizes future maintenance difficulties while improving energy efficiency and seamlessly integrating with the existing ducted cooling system.

Hi we need leaking hose to be fixed which is connected to our evaporative cooling, minor water leak.

We have a small metal box holding a machine in the parking lot that overheats when the sun is right above it. We're looking for someone with carpeting skills to build a cover over it (on stilts of some sort) just to provide some shade and take away the worst of the sun's impact on it.

Ceiling leak found in walk in bedroom. Had a look in the ceiling and found water marks under ducted heating unit in the ceiling. Not sure where the leak is coming from at this stage.
