Hi I would like to schedule a service check for our Aolan evaporative air conditioner. It powers on fine green flah, but a red indicator flashes on the dashboard. While air is blowing through the room vents, it isn’t cooling the space. Also, when we turn it off using the dashboard, it drains water through the down pipes, so it seems that water flow is active, (probably the switch float-bracket given way). Our Nov 2019 Aolan, its airpump was upgraded to breeze tonado. Could you please let me know your availability and the cost for this service? Thank you, Hef
