Just moved in to a new house and my heating is not working. I need someone to come round and have a look at it. The control box on the wall lights up but I can’t get the heat to come on. I have switched it on outside. I took pictures of things outside my understanding is there is a water heater and a separate gas heater to heat the house. Hot water heater is working but no heat. I understand that you may need to charge more depending on on what needs to be to be done but we can work that out when you get here.

Hi folks the vulcan ducted gas heating is no longer working at my rental property. I had someone look at it and they said it was just the igniter that was playing up apparently spare parts are no longer available so not sure if someone can get it going. The property is a rental and will be getting knocked down so not looking for expensive fixes. I also have a aircon at the property that is not working (mo idea why) so if the gas heater cant be fixed i would like to get this going instead.
