Evaporative cooling servicing

the air con unit is not bringing cold air out in 3 of the bedrooms.

Breezeair evaporative cooling system. It was off for a couple of months. Now, once I turn on the main water line, there is a constant water flow from the cooler on the roof. I don't think there is a major issue, it could be water bulb, anyway, I am not an expert.

There is a section of the air conditioning duct work that has opened up allowing cool air to escape into the roof space of a single story property. Easy fix using Duct tape.

Although the temperature is set to the coolest setting, both the freezer and fridge are not cooling effectively ( especially the fridge) with the freezer at -9°C and the fridge ranging from 10-13°C.

I am getting 8.8 KW Solar installed to my house and looking to replace my evaporative cooling and gas heating system to Electric. Can I please know what are the options.
