Tenants have moved out leaving behind a number of large and heavy items that I would like removed. There are three items: 1) Lounge settee 2) Bed mattress and ensemble (likely double or queen sized) 3) TV cabinet The premise is on the 4th floor and accessible by lift. The disposal is within the building in the garbage area and council cleanup has been booked for the items. I do not require the items to be disposed of at the tip. We bought a heavy granite table from marketplace and we got the legs and other pieces upstairs but the top is just too heavy for my partner and I to lift. It must be 150 kg or so.
