I need help moving a really heavy couch into an apartment from a car located down stairs- requires 2 strong people - there is a lift located in the building

We have approx 45 potted plants in a variety of sized pots and some are quite heavy that we need loaded onto a caged trailer. We need 2 strong people who can lift and carry them from a ground floor apartment to our trailer .

I need to move my heavy van kit from my old van to my new van. I will back the vans up to other I just need help lifting it over to the new can. It's very heavy. Preferred two people to help with the lift. If you have a dolly or something to put it into while we spin it around and place it into the van would be ideal.
