We need someone or group to move furniture from our balconies and outside to our garage. It will be all downhill

Needing help moving a few items upstairs. Includes fridge, parts of sofa, headboard, etc

2 x 3 seater lounges (end seats are recliners). Quite heavy so will need 2 people. Situated in the family room at the back of the house. 3 steps. Removal and disposal. Lounges are identical.

I need two fit people to move the main part of a heavy treadmill (handles detached for ease of navigation), and a sofa (not heavy), from my garage to inside my house. I don’t need removalists or a truck, just man power, and I can help. Should only take 10 mins as it’s a small house.
