Hedge the edges and make a perfect fence shape

Looking for someone to hedge this pittosporum to be in line with the fence, including removal of waste (approximately half a metre deep by 5 metres high). I am not concerned that it will look woody as it will recover with time.

Extract 7 plants for replantation and level the patches with grass. 5. Back Yard (West) - Clean Fish Pond, replant water plants; fix water feature (if damaged, fountain feature to be replaced) 6. Back Yard (North West) - Clean and remove all weeds from the area, trim bushes and cut/trim trees. Replant the 7 plants along the walls with sufficient spacing, cut and prune garden plants. 7. Back Yard (North) - Trim boundary hedges and clean out weeds and remove dry and green waste. 8. Back Yard (East) - Trim and prune plants 9. All planted areas must have mulched/compost/garden soil spread across to support remaining plants. 10. Dispose of all dry and green plant waste. Need the back part of our hedging trimmed, our current gardener does not have the tools to reach the back part of the hedge. Top of the current (front) hedge is about 4/5 metres. I have highlighted in yellow in the pictures the part of the hedge we need trimmed, it is about 14-15 metres in width across the full hedge. Should be a relatively straightforward task for someone with the right tools.
