Small townhouse courtyards and windows need a clean - Due date: Flexible

We live in a small townhouse with a very small front area and small/medium back patio. It needs a bit of a wash/clean and we need some light gardening done. Details below • Assuming it’s about a 1 hour job • must have own tools - pressure washer, gardening gloves and tools to weed. The only thing we own is a broom! • we’re available this Sunday 13th, Monday 14th or Tuesday 15th between 10am-5pm Weeding - small/medium garden beds out the front and back have become overgrown and with weeds in the last few months. The weeds need removing and the shrubs need trimming. We do not have a large garden and it should be fairly straight forward Plant removal and replant - we have some dead privacy trees in planters we want removed. And for the empty planters, we want new trees planted. They will already be purchased and waiting. The soil and mulch and draining rocks are ready to go. The area around the planters is very dirty and looks bad, we want it cleaned up a bit Pressure washing - we want our back patio and front walls and floor pressure-washed, as dirt has built up (see photos).
