HQ Holden with WB Holden tail lights. Fitting a replacement tail light backing and new lenses but can not find an exact earth point to make lights (parker, brake, indicator and reverse) to work like they should. They still light up but only with test light attached in some way.

I have a holden commodore VE 2007 Automatic Omega. So i bought the car and it already had a different motor and gearbox installed. Gearbox was installed at the wreckers. I have now owned the car for about 6 months and the gearbox has now failed. Due to the different motor and gearbox installed, i am needing to find out what speed automatic i have. I also need to know the numbers on the gearbox to be able to purchase a new similar one. Once that information is obtained, would like to find a second hand gear box, so am seeking somebody mechanically minded who could assist with removing the old gear box and installing the new second hand gear box. So this task offer is simply to find out the numbers on the gearbox, then we will move to the next stage of removal of gearbox. I am on the aged pension and in a wheelchair, so not looking to be ripped off or taken advantage of please, as i will have my carer with me.
