Find a professional home automation and security technician in WA

Hi, i am looking for a tradesperson to install 6 CCtv camera bundle for my house. I can supply the cameras and NVR for it that comes along with the bundle.

Need 1 or 2 fire alarms installed & hooked to the mains power.

Task 1: Install 6 CCTV cameras throughout the building. Three of these cameras can be easily plugged into existing power outlets. Two cameras need to be connected to the power box located next to the motion sensor, as shown in the attached photo. The sixth camera should be mounted on the ceiling in the area marked by a yellow circle in the photo; however, there is no existing power cable on that side of the ceiling. The installation should be done with minimal damage to the ceiling. All 6 cameras need to be securely mounted on either the ceiling or wall. Task 2: Adjust the settings on 10 existing motion sensors controlling the lighting to only activate during low light conditions. Currently, these sensors are set to operate 24/7, but we only need them to function when daylight is insufficient, to help conserve energy. See the attached photo of a small white motion sensor with a red indicator light for reference. Task 3: Add a motion sensor in the bin room to control the light. Additionally, the current lighting is inadequate, so an extra light needs to be installed and connected to provide sufficient illumination. Need someone to patch and paint some holes made installing a home security camera. Has to be a neat and tidy job. The ceiling will need a full paint but the other holes will be fine simply patched. I am paying for this on behalf of someone who has lost their rental property because of financial hardship. Any bad work will lead to more issues for her.

Need 2 fire alarms replaced

Looking to replace my present system with a new one. Present system has 2 IR sensors and keypad

Bought a ‘wireless’ CCTV set with four cameras. Wasn’t aware that it was wireless connection but still needed power cables run through the roof. Would like it done neat and professionally so thought we would get someone with experience to do it. Four cameras, three at the front and one at the back. Don’t need an outlet installed as we have some in the roof, for the range hood and the bathroom fan which could probably be utilised. But obviously we aren’t 100% sure on this. Flexible when it needs to be done.

I need the 4 cameras mounted at each corner of the houses, I want the cords running through the roof and connected to the tv

Hi all!! I have Hik-Connect security cameras around my home however have heard you can set up parameter alarm settings on it however I can’t seem to get this to work. If anyone knows how to run through this with me or suggest other options of alarm system of someone entering your property id love to hear any suggestions or recommendations. Huge thanks. Donna

Two small home security cameras to be attached to outside wall using an electric drill. No ladder needed.

CCTV pre wired by electrician and cctv cameras purchased. Install and connect 4 cctv cameras and hard drive provided.

Install 2 POE cameras outside and run wires to NVR unit. Wall amount 1 viewing monitor. Provide all materials. Only need your workmanship for the installation. Thank you.

My fire alarm has been making “bi bi” sounds. Anyone can fix this problem? My ceiling is 3meters high.

Need some help with fixing the fire alarm, not sure whether if it needs a new battery or have to replace the alarm itself.

Have a power supply issue with my home security door/intercom. Power outlet seems fine, might be fuse related but I possess no electrical skills and kind find the manual :/
