Please quote for the following: 1. Install a double power point hidden behind the wall TV (TV is already installed). This would require running a new wire through the wall (single storey house) . 2. Install two downlight in each of three rooms (total 6) - I will supply the downlights. Two room have existing light switches that can be rewired to the new downlights but the 3rd room would require a new double switch, for the light and the fan. Note, current lights in all three rooms are built into the fans which will not be required with the new downlights. Single storey house with manhole access into roof. Thanks.

65 inch Frame TV to go on a gyprock lounge room wall around Wednesday next week. The ultra thin one connect box cord needs to be put through the wall at the mounting position and come back out further down the wall where the one connect box is. There are metal studs in the wall but plasterboard anchors may be required if they aren’t in the preferred mounting position. I will be available to assist.

With the antenna already on the roof, fix or get the antenna outlet installed in the lounge room. Note: There are two panels in the lounge room that have a coaxial connection, but they seem to be for the NBN and would most likely have nothing to do with the TV antenna, I tried them and had no luck on the TV.
