Need Tv mounted to wall. Tried myself, hasn’t worked well

I have two speakers plus sub hooked up to a marantz AV receiver. Sometimes the sound system only plays from one speaker. Strangely sometimes it plays properly but sometimes only one speaker. Looking for someone to help / advise either by phone or in person

I have my new LG tv connected to Foxtel iq4 and working fine. Now I want your help please to play my tv channels sound , through my seven speakers and subwoofer and Denon av 1912 The speakers are in place where they need to be, and the wiring of the speakers rear 4 speakers is also in place, just needs to connect to the back of the receiver.
