I need 5 x tv hung and need some art work install

supply install new tv bracket and install on wall hang tv on wall

Tv screen cracked due to being dropped - trying to figure out if it’s able to be fixed for a reasonable price or I should just replace it. TV still works fine but just has some streaks/spots around the edges that aren’t working .

It is possible that they are thin metal ones which are apparently common with new apartment builds, but I am not an expert. I would like someone who has experience with these kind of walls/set ups, and can mount the tv securely. ⚠️I want to avoid only mounting into the plaster as the tv will sit on the same wall as the front door, so impact/vibrations from that opening and closing is a factor I want to consider. ⏱️ preferred time: as this is located in an apartment complex I will avoid drilling outside 7am and 7pm out of consideration for my neighbours.
