I have just moved into my new place in Nambucca Heads and my TV antenna is not working. There is a recently installed antenna however it is not connecting for tuning my TV. Need assistance

Mum has bought a new Samsung tv. It is connected to power already and in position. She just needs help to have it connected to the internet and then she has an already setup fire tv stick that has Netflix etc. she just needs help setting this up for her - will take someone 10 mins to setup and explain to her. I’m in Sydney so I can’t help her..
