Our Samusung tv screen went black suddenly the other day midway through a movie. Screen is now black when tv is on and occasionally turns a bit blue. The tv sound is also occasionally on for 1 or 2 seconds then goes off again. The tv is currently mounted. Need someone to look at it and see whether it's an easy fix or not, and fix if possible. 65 inch Samsung model number UA65NU7100 has a super dimmed vertical line on the left side of screen. If I do a hard reset holding the power button down it goes away for a bit but always ends up coming back. I’ve checked for software updates, called Samsung support and nothing seems to work longer than a day.
