Need to take down projector that has been installed above staircase

I have removed a TV that was mounted on a wall. There are some holes and damage remaining from where the TV was mounted that I would like to fill and paint. There are two wall anchors that I can’t get out. Happy to cover over the top of these or try to remove them - whatever is easiest. This job is located in Sydney CBD. Wall paint is Dulux Natural White (Code: PCWF5 73711).

I was watching last night and nothing seemed wrong with it. I went to put it on this morning and the TV didn't switch on. Nor is the standby light on. It’s strange. There have been no warning signs. I tried power on and off, change batteries.. all sorts of reboots. To no avail. I guess it’s either fuses or some problem with power components inside the TV. Our office (CK Property Group) is located at L5, 66 Hunter St. I need someone much more talented than I to install a display screen TV where the rectangular box frame is at the front of our office.
