We would like to install an 85-inch Samsung Frame TV on our lounge room wall. We move into the property in two weeks. The wall is painted double brick and we don’t want to have any exposed wires or remove bricks. I have attached some images of the wall. The TV comes with a small one connect box which is where any HDM cables go. Underneath the TV we also have a thin sound bar we wish to install and mount below the TV. The depth on the TV is 2.6 CM, the depth of the mount for the TV is 1.95 CM. Total depth of TV + Mount off Timber Is = 4.55 CM Versa box, which fits the One Connect box and cables is 3.9 CM. There is Two power points on the wall, but they are not directly underneath the TV. Usually, people install a versa box into the wall behind the TV, but our wall is double brick. We don’t necessarily need to use the Versa box if we can just hide the TV box behind the wall. We want to put wood paneling on the wall, the wood paneling could be joined to another wooden frame that is connected to the brick wall. This would allow us to create some hidden space between the wall and the TV unit where we could run power cables and hide the TV box (which itself is very small. I am open to other ideas, but we want to make it clear that we done want exposed wires. I am attaching some ideas below. Budget will depend on quality of supplies and what can be done, I understand some supplies cost more than others.
