This was a trickier job than I expected. The outcome is good, but not "super flash". It's a 4-star repair ... but Lachlan put in a 5-star effort!!! Not sure the repair will pass pits inspection first go. However, it looks decent and it may very well pass muster first go because it's sound. Lachlan is a nice young man who put his heart into the work. In my estimation, he has good instincts despite paint and panel not being his forte. Now he has even more experience in it. He was quite prompt on those occasions that we could agree on a definite time. Further, he dedicated some of his weekend too to help us get the repair completed sooner, travelling with us to the wreckers to assist in parts selection and removal. We both enjoyed working with each other and would do it again if another need arose ... but I hope it's mechanical and not paint'n'panel! :D Give this hard-working young man a try at your job!

Hi, the overload alarm on my Honda EU65is generator is turning on with and without appliances connected. I use it for about 4 hours a day and its been running well. Regularly serviced, two weeks ago changed air filter, spark plug and oil and also replaced the battery. Since yesterday it starts very sluggish and turns itself off after 10 seconds or so. Looking for someone with mechanical and/or electrical experience to come and have a look. Thanks!

Vehicle appears to have the documented problem with the dirty internal pins inside the start button assembly. Either needs cleaning as described on YouTube or button replacement. - Due date: Flexible
Shane very efficiently completed what looked like a tricky job repairing a faulty start button in our 2016 Honda City. Honda had quoted an insane amount to do a full replacement when removal, disassembly and clean was all that was needed. Shane did this to perfection.
