I will get the brake pads and will do the front wheels but not confident to do my own rear brake pads. Its a honda crv 2001

My car has started vibrating strangely and spluttering. I think it could be misfiring or something I have been told. I noticd it mostly when accelerating from stopped and also stationary at lights etc it just sounds like its struggling! I need someone closeby to fix it as I dont really want to drive it too far. The car isn’t starting. It’s not the battery as that was recently changed. We have been told it’s either the start relay or starter motor. It’s in the garage. Would prefer work to be done her rather than get it towed somewhere.
