Hot water is not coming in both bathroom basins, need help to fix it. It is working fine in shower, bathtub and kitchen basin. One thing to note is if we use hot water in kitchen or shower after that when we use bathroom basins hot water does come for few seconds but after that again same issue.
Dean came even before time, kept us updated did a perfect Job in no time. He is very honest. He spent time on an other issue for us and did not charge for it. We definitely recommend him for any plumbing services.

**Hi Diego A.V, apologies didn't realise the post expired. Am free any time this week Tues-Fri after 9/10am whenever you are available, per original task/offer** I have no hot water. Although pilot works and stays on. Fires up but only for 30 secs before turning off, regardless of heat setting used. (I'm guessing thermocouple!?? Only a 4 year old unit but Rheem making me jump hoops to claim under warranty, not to mention their hefty call out fee with no guarantee it'll be fixed.) On a tight budget but willing to work with you for a reasonable price.
Like others have noted already, Dean is a top bloke. He did not disappoint. On time, excellent communication online and onsite, and was able to diagnose the fault and repair immediately. Will definitely use Dean again for all future plumbing needs. Cheers mate!
