Find a professional hot water system contractor in Circular Quay

I need a few props for a tv show . I need some crusted up water pipes and hot water service anodes ,the grosser the better. It’s to show visuals of rusty pipes ( internal ) and how white scaly calcium builds up on appliances .A rotted away iron would be good too. If you know any plumber or access to scrap yards etc or tips you should be able to find easily.

Hard to explain this situation. Very hard to mix cold water & hot water with both taps. And when I use hot water, I have to rotate many times the handle. Otherwise small amount of water. <Problems> 1. Hard to control of hot water temperature with both taps. 2. Handles are loose.

To disconnect and remove hot water cylinder. Cylinder is in ceiling cavity in shop Will requite demolition of ceiling to remove. And possibly a new drip tray. Existing cylinder is 50 litres Rheem.
