Needs to fix hot water system

Got DUX prodigy 3 Hot water systems. we turn off the gas, now needs restart the hot water. looks like needs reset, to restart the hot water systems. look to some one to help restart.

I have an old hot water system in my roof. New one to be installed but needing the old one disconnected - primarily interested in removing the section hanging in the bathroom as seen in the photo. The switch for the hot water system is attached to a light switch in the hallway (light switch turns on hot water system) - need this removed as well. Happy for the system itself to stay put if it doesn't cause any issues. - Due date: Before Saturday, 23 September 2023

My roof HWS has a 2.4KW element to be connected from a disconnected old (electric) HWS. Cabling in place from switchboard to old point. Just need to connect up at both ends - the switchboard end and the element end. I have a thermostat pilot lamp to be wired in too (ready to go) - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 28 September 2023
