This was picked up in the build and pest report. Just not sure of the severity of it as much as the inspector assured me it wasn't anything extensive.

Unit has very high pitched buzzing sound, and is noisy all night , seems to be on and off during the day. Water has no problem of heating Have also noticed a trickle of water running from roof down the drain pipe, not sure if this from heating unit

I am looking for plumber who can disconnect solar hot water tank as I need some passage for my landscapers. Solar tank has solar booster as well which needs to be disconnected. I am not sure about budget so I have just put as a placeholder.
