I am looking for someone who can replace Anode of Vulcan Gas: 135L (641135) Hot Water System at my property. Hot water is releasing white particles at the moment and most likely reason is degradation of anode. I have already purchased the anode so looking for a plumber who can come install,clean the tank and can also check any possible gas leaks. Tenants have stated there is a problem with the hot water in the shower. Turns suddenly cold and then scalding hot. Happens even when no-one else in house is using the water. Problem could be the mixer unit in the shower or the hot water unit itself or both.
