Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with my hot water pipe. Every time I turn on the hot water tap in the bathroom or kitchen, there is a ball-dropping sound that lasts for about 5 seconds. The noise stops after 5 seconds,once the pipes cool down, it returns whenever I turn the hot water back on. I suspect that the expansion of the hot water in the pipes is causing the noise. If you have experience fixing this type of issue, please contact me. This job may involve checking underneath the house and fixing the shaking pipes. Locate old gravity hot water service and fix/advise on why hot water keeps running out. Edit: will accept recommendations of minor adjustments e.g booster. No suggestions of new service please.

Hot water pressure is low. No problem with cold water pressure.

The existing hit water valve is broken and is 95% closed. I'd like to have it replaced with a valve similar to the right side (image). Mine is the second from left, I'm in a block of units as well. I haven't purchased the valve so please include that in your quote.

The wash basin has hot and cold water devices. Now the hot water pipe is cold water, not hot water. Needs to check and fix it
