Qualified plumber to do major service on gas storage hot water system (Vulcan 648 series 170L). Tasks include (but not limited to):  REPLACE the temperature pressure relief valve.  Inspect and flush the expansion control valve (if fitted). If required, replace the valve.  Inspect and TAKE A PHOTO of the anodes, if required, replace the anodes.  Check and if necessary adjust the inlet gas pressure.  Check the piezo igniter, gas control and thermocouple.  Check the operation of and CLEAN the pilot light and main burner.  Visually check the unit for any potential problems.  Inspect all connections.  Provide a report and the certificate of compliance for the work.

Whenever we use the hot water in our house (washing machine and shower) a high pitched noise is made outside. We think it’s the valve but needs to be confirmed and then fixed

With the boiler connected, there is a constant boiling water dribble from the tap, probably from a leaking solenoid in the boiler. Plumber to connect 50 ltr electric hot water unit inside the vanity. All pipes are brought into the vanity. Need hook up and provide a ticker for same.

Shower pressure is very low - it’s been fine until a few days ago. It would seem hot water also takes longer. Water, taps and everything else in the unit are fine - just pressure in the shower is the problem. Would like to try get it checked fixed as soon as possible. Thank you :-)
