Current Situation: I have an old gas storage hot water system installed and need it replaced with a Rinnai builder series 26L continuous hot water system (Which I have purchased and is already on site). Requirements : 1. Update the thickness of the gas pipe to ensure enough gas flow to the new hot water system as currently it's suitable only to sustain an old gas storage hot water system. There is easy access to these pipes via the garage as shown in the photos. 2. An installation of an outdoor waterproof power socket to run the Rinnai B26. 3. Tempering Valve I think will be required 4. Finally the installation of the Rinnai B26 continuous hot water system.
