Require a Plumber/ Technician to fix Chromagen Hot water system in Noble Park, Vic 3174. Hot water unit is 6 years old, slow hot water flow in the house and if I turn the hot water on in bathrooms then I can get hot water in other sinks and kitchens until then no hot water apart from bathroom.

I can only get hot water if I turn another tap on at the same time

Chromagen gas booster solar hot water system requires a tempering valve. Unit is located on my roof and I’l unable to get the model number.

Decommissioned gravity hot water tank in roof needs to be removed. Accessible from underneath as has been exposed with removed wall. Right next to the manhole in the ceiling. Would need to be cut out as solar panels on top of it.
