Gas instant hot Water not working

We have a hot water tank 280 litre but is constantly running out , i have a new spare water heater 330 litre want them both connected to the house Put $300 as wasn’t sure how much would cost

Leaking hot water from coupling, changing tempering valve if required. Leaking since many months. No leaking from tank. Can see copper oxidation due to leaking from many months. System installed July 2019

Water damage has damaged the cabinet under the sink where the hot water cylinder sits. The bottom panel is now caving in, need fixed.

Leaking hot water tap in bathtub.

After changing the kitchen tap I realised there’s always small dots of black residue coming out of the water. I tried leaving the tap on and using it for a while but doesn’t seem to go away. How much would it be to have this looked at and fixed? Also my hot water is not working well and the building manager says a plumber needs to change or repair the temperature gauge valve inside the unit. Need a quote for this too. Cheers

Hi, I have had only lukewarm water in the shower for the last two days so I think there’s a problem with my 10-year-old instantaneous, gas hot water system. Hi all. I need help to reconnect a small 47L hot water system which I had it removed during the kitchen work. The power and the pipe are in position.

There's no hot water in the house. We have make sure there's no problem with the hot water main switch in the apartment so it is most definitely the boiler tank issues.

My gas hot water boiler suddenly stopped working. No idea why. I tried turning it back on as per manual but the pilot light wont light up. Need a plumber or gas professional to check what is going on. Job is to come and diagnose problem and let me know what repairs are needed (or if replacement is needed).
