Help me fix my Breville coffee machine. It’s not giving any hot water , seems like the hot water element is broken.

Tap washer appears to have broken and the tap is not aligning properly. Hot water exhaust pipe needs to set up so the water drains away from the wall

Only cold water coming in taps and shower. No hot water

The hot water is fluctuating. Sometime it is hot sometimes it's warm throughout the house. Chromagen is the brand of solar hot water. Are you familiar with this brand? Can you help come to diagnose what is wrong with it and what’s the call out fee/ fixing fee? Can you provide an estimate of tempering valve replacement? and other service that could be related? Having trouble with hot water in the shower in the mornings these past 2 weeks. Hot water turns on for a few minutes and than cold but only in the morning and it's just been happening on random occasions which is strange.

I want to just use the instantaneous gas part of the system. I want to bypass the solar and the tank.

Per the attached, you can see that the hot water tank unit is leaking and rusted now. Can you please provide quotes for: 1. replacement of this old hot water system with a brand new instantaneous hot water system on to the wall with all new copper pipes and disposal of the old system as well. You will need to supply the new new hot water system as well (preferably Rinnai B26) 2. only to repair the existing tank. I am most likely to only get the system repaired at this stage

We have a Chromegen (Solar) hot water system and the flexi pipe attached to the bottom has been leaking. We need someone to urgently fix it. Please provide quotes including the material and labour.

Please inspect hot water system, it is a solar hot water system and the tank is leaking, but we want to change it to continuous gas hot water, it’s a reasonably small unit that only uses gas when hot tap is on

small leak but not much just drops look Pipe has crack need to join or replace the pipe. please check the pictures The leak or crack is where teh arrow is underneath the pipe 5ml from the join . it could be cut and rejoin work I quoted less than 100 due to there is connection fee coming with extra 20 AUD but happy to negotiate upon inspection. Reposting due to a time waster Hot Water Solar Panel - Water Running Down Storm Water Pipe Continuously. We did trouble shooting to figure out why our water bill was huge and noticed it. You can hear the water running down the storm water pipe constantly. The water stops when we turn off the water to the hot water system. Currently we turn on the water valve to the HWS when we need hot water and then turn it off. Most likely a faulty anti freeze valve but I am no expert therefore listing the task here.
