Having trouble with hot water in the shower in the mornings these past 2 weeks. Hot water turns on for a few minutes and than cold but only in the morning and it's just been happening on random occasions which is strange.

You will need to supply the new new hot water system as well (preferably Rinnai B26) 2. only to repair the existing tank. I am most likely to only get the system repaired at this stage

small leak but not much just drops look Pipe has crack need to join or replace the pipe. please check the pictures The leak or crack is where teh arrow is underneath the pipe 5ml from the join . it could be cut and rejoin work I quoted less than 100 due to there is connection fee coming with extra 20 AUD but happy to negotiate upon inspection.
