House is about to be repositioned and therefore the water tank needs to be disconnected properly / drained and placed inside the house. The tank will be reconnected again after the house moved so needs to be done neatly and ready to reconnect again at a later date.

Install new tap kitchen sink for hot water. Tried to install tap from bunnings but the hot water tap leaks slightly.
