Issue with hot water at Adara Richmond need urgent assessment and repair

I have a hot water service in my flat and it does not work very well I would like somebody to it -it might need replacing

I have an old Bosch internal hot water system that has stopped working. I need it swapped over to the equivalent new Bosch system (Model Ci16). It's a straight swap over exercise as all the pipes etc are there. The gas line has been pressure tested and is all ok. I will provide the Bosch unit, but it will need a flue. I need a plumber to install the new unit and provide the flue.

Looking for a plumber who can swap a 50ltr 10amp plug in hot water unit with an exact same new unit. I can supply the unit. The existing hot water unit is not working properly. The system is installed on a wall.

I'm getting luke-warm water from our electric water heater; the water only gets hot when I'm running two tabs/showers at the same time. This has been gradually getting worse, I suspect due to build-up of debris in the tempering valve.
