Find a professional hot water system contractor in South Melbourne

The hot water has been fluctuating for a few months. The hot tap is just trickling a small amount of water and it’s cold also same with the shower.

I live in an apartment and the hot water temperature seems to have dropped quite a bit. The building manager has said perhaps mixing valve inside may need to be replaced. There is access in the bathroom as the temperature has been fixed 18 months ago.

Dish washer is originally connected to cold water pipe. But we need help to get it to connect to hot water pipe instead.
