Disconnect and re connect twin element hot water

I have 2 bedroom apartment with hot water through the showers being hot and cold and inconsistent. No changes re inside the apartment or supplier, not sure what's causing the temperature changes. Need an inspection and possible quote on repairs.

The bathroom shower is nt hot enough, only luke warm. Need to check out and replace the temperature valve if need. Air tasker fee include labour fee, call out fee, service fee and any material/ valves if need. Proper invoice (not the airtasker default receipt) need to be provide. I live in an apartment unit and the hot water to my kitchen is fine but the hot water to my bathroom (shower + sink + laundry basin) recently starting becoming very weak. I would turn the hot water dial to the max and wait for 5 mins and it would still barely be warm (it is a bit warm, but no where near as hot as it used to be). I've been told that it is my tempering valve that is worn out (20 year old building) and needs replacing, though I was only told that over the phone by the building manager. My shower and basin at toilet doesn’t have hot water coming out. Kitchen hot water is working properly. When i turn hot water at bathroom, very hot water comes for 2 second then water is getting cold. After that, i turned hot water all the through. The water barely warm. I used to have boiling hot water and high pressure of it .

My hot water in bath ( apartment) became not hot enough. It barely comes out. I tried to close main cold water valve then it comes out. There are 2 mixer tap shower and sink tap in bath. It doesn’t look like cartridge problem. Anyone can help??

An element needs to be replaced for an electric hot water system at an apartment in Melb CBD (160 litre tank). You'll need to turn off the electricity mains, I'll supply the new element and you just install it. I know that this is the problem as I have already had a plumber come out to give me a quote. Need this task done ASAP . Free underground parking available. Can fit the height of a Toyota Hiace size van.
