Weak water pressure in kitchen tap, water does not go hot anymore. Have checked shower and bathroom sink, they work fine. Only kitchen tap having a problem. Have taken off aerator and washed but no change. I have provided photos of both kitchen and bathroom sinks to compare water pressure difference.

I've noticed the smell of gas as far as the front footpath for a couple of months now. I just needed the gas bill to confirm that it is from my property. It is very high for a family of four. I've told the landlord about the smell and he says that it's natural to smell it cos the unit is a gas unit. I feel that this is dangerous if left unchecked. I live in St. Albans (3021) and was wondering how much do you charge for callout and how do you charge, per hour/job plus parts I guess. can I get a rough quote so I can give to landlord so he can pay for it.
