Hot water tap in shower just spins and can't turn on hot water

I need someone to come and fix a leak under my bathroom sink. I believe the tap hot water inlet pipe/hose is leaking.

Washing machine was installed today and now no hot water to laundry sink. Not sure why . when i turn hot water valve on water comes from the under sink tap. Is something missing now ? See photos.

I’m looking for a plumber to relocate a hot water connection in a residential property. The task involves moving the existing connection approximately a few centimeters to the right. I need a 50L hot water unit replaced by a licensed plumber. Image is of the replacement unit. The install is in a subfloor cavity in a car park. the work can commence immediately and operating hours are 8am to 3pm.

The tempering valve on a hot water system needs replacing because we are getting very little hot water from our shower. Flexible with date and times. Ground floor apartment, parking available.

I require a plumber for two tasks: 1. Replace shower head and taps (currently dripping, taking the opportunity to replace) 2. Our gas water heater and pipes are currently secured to a wall which is being torn down - need to run the pipes along an alternate route (or perhaps relocate hot water system entirely)

The hot water is not very hot. I think it needs to install a new Tempering valve Also to repair the leaking shower head.

We have a hot water tank that's running in off peak only. Not enough water for 4 people, so we need to change it to run all the time. No control panel on the tank, but the switchboard clearly shows the hot water labelled off peak.
