Hard to explain this situation. Very hard to mix cold water & hot water with both taps. And when I use hot water, I have to rotate many times the handle. Otherwise small amount of water. <Problems> 1. Hard to control of hot water temperature with both taps. 2. Handles are loose.

To disconnect and remove hot water cylinder. Cylinder is in ceiling cavity in shop Will requite demolition of ceiling to remove. And possibly a new drip tray. Existing cylinder is 50 litres Rheem. Hot water heater is constantly dripping from the pipe leading from the pressure relief valve so require that to be replaced. Location is Grays Point Sydney. All the other valves were recently replaced a few weeks ago (pressure limiting valve, tempering valve and duo valve) Licensed insured plumbers only please. Very flexible with day and time just let me know when suits you best.
On time and got the job done. Didn't end up having or needing the replacement part included in quote so reduced their price.
