Need to replace flexible hose on hot water service inlet as it’s leaking

Supply and install continuous LPG hot water unit to the side of my granny flat hot and cold pipes are already on the outside of the granny flat. They are size 15 mil need someone to install and supply continuous LPG hot water unit and install LPG gas regulator

The hot water tap of the bathtub cannot be turned off. It keeps running regardless which direction we turn.

I live in an apartment and the hot water temperature seems to have dropped quite a bit. The building manager has said perhaps mixing valve inside may need to be replaced. There is access in the bathroom as the temperature has been fixed 18 months ago.

We have a leak from the pressure release valve on the gas hot water system. There seems to be a tiny hole on the valve itself spraying out water which ive temporarily taped up, but needs replacing ASAP.

Loss of water pressure and hot water in shower only

Need some help with hot water system urgently .I don’t have hot water in the tap since couple of days.I have a gas hot water system.I am adding couple of photos of the heater

Hot water system has been working fine despite it being an old unit. Occasionally, the hot water won’t turn on even if the system is lit, but usually comes on in 5-10min. However, two days ago the same thing happen and it still won’t turn on. No water flows out of the taps.

Gas heater is not turning on and kitchen sink is blocked.
