We have a large 5 bedroom home, which will need cleaning completed in full on the 10 Oct 2024. All the bedrooms are carpeted and the halls and common areas are tiled, main bathroom is small but will need extra attention. (Main bedroom & ensuite is kept in very clean & tidy at most times so very little work would probably be required there) Need walls wiped over where there may be any marks (shouldn't be too many spots), floors vacuumed, sweeping and mopping. All benchtops and other surfaces need to be dusted and wiped over, oven requires cleaning (it's not too bad), Spare rooms (2x) to be tidied and beds made up. If you have done work for us in the past, you are encouraged to re-apply. I am currently getting prices to present to the other residents in the house, so responses may be a little delayed, please ensure you are pricing for an all inclusive price (no hidden add-ons) and you can complete the job on the set date. We do have some cleaning products and tools, but please be fully equip with everything that may be required (mops, buckets, vacuums, chemicals, brushes, dusters, etc), as we would prefer to keep ours for just general cleaning throughout the week when required.
