The only rooms that need to be cleaned will be; Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room and 2 bedroom's. Kitchen x1 - Exterior cupboard cleaning. - Clean Stove-top - Vacuum and Mop floors - Clean plantation shutters Bathroom x3 - Clean both bathrooms including the basin and Mirror. - Clean plantation shutters Living Room x1 - Vacuum and Mop - Clean plantation shutters Bedrooms x2 - Just Vacuum There is only 1 lady that lives at the house. One bathroom is quite a mess due to an accident by the lady who lives there, will require extra attention. (Photos of this bathroom is not provided due to the accident (Feces)) There is opportunity to become a regular cleaner. Only professional Cleaners that provide all the equipment themselves. The client is a little bit difficult to work with and will shadow the cleaners throughout the work so trying to provide a list so they are able to do easily.

Hi, we are looking for a fortnightly/monthly regular cleaner in Bayview, Northern Beaches. We are a couple so much of the rooms are unused.

3 floors, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house needs a spring clean ready for the new owner. All furniture has been removed. All cupboards and drawers to be cleaned. Some plantation shutters to be cleaned. Needs own cleaning equipment and vacuum as we will have moved out. No steam cleaning of carpets required, just a really good vacuum. No oven cleaning or windows. Cleaning to be done July 8th or 7th.
