Normal home cleaning - 4 bed 2.5 bath and 1 living and Kitchen, it’s a double storey new home, plan to have regular cleaning fortnightly. - Due date: Fortnightly on every Friday.

All bathrooms cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen cleaned and surfaces wiped down. The place is pretty tidy, but a general tidy up if needed would be great. Changing the sheets on one bed, folding and putting away and washed clothes for just me would also be appreciated. Flexible with the day and time of the week, fortnightly cleaning initially. May increase to weekly. Ideally 3-4 hours each clean. Happy to see what is needed and work it out from there. Open to an hourly rate or set clean price. We do have 5 bedrooms but not all need to be done. It is a large house and typically takes 3 - 4 hours to complete. It is tidy but due to working hours and now a new baby in the house we are seeking some assistance. I have a 3 bedroom house that needs cleaning for inspection the following day. 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen, lounge, small dining area. Its a house with 3 kids and toys everywhere and id like to get rid of some stuff so just to put in bags and I can take to the tip. I need the windows clean. The oven is already clean although could use a wipeover as I don't use it. Bedrooms and lounge are carpet and hallway and kitchen are tiles. The garage is split into a laundry and my eldest sons bedroom. That room isn't too bad. The other rooms and lounge are quite messy. I'm hoping that I can find the right person to also come on a fortnightly basis to keep on top of everything.

Hello :-) just wondering approximate pricing for a weekly house clean of our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. We would be interested in having the bathrooms cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped and the dusting done weekly. As extra jobs on an adhoc basis we would look at things like an oven clean and getting the window tracks etc cleaned.

Hi, We have a lovely 5 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms. The house has timber vinyl floors down stairs and carpet upstairs. Wet areas are tiled. We have a vacuum and cleaning equipment. We prefer natural cleaning products that are not harmful to the environment or animals. If suitable we would like this to be a regular fortnightly cleaning service for the right person.
