We are moving out of our house and need a long detailed clean according to the property management company's specifications. The house will be completely empty with no furniture. The place is pretty new and fairly well-kept (we never had pets). The only especially dirty parts are the two showers and the oven. There is no yard or outside area to worry about. The job should take between 8-14 hours for one person or half that for two people. We have some cleaning supplies but you will mainly need to bring your own (window cleaner, surface cleaner, toilet cleaner, paper towels, sponges, Jiff, etc.). If you get it done in 12 hours (which is very reasonable) you will make $33 per hour (400/12) and still have $50 in cleaning supply compensation.
