Short Term Rental Property - 3 bedrooms (Queen Beds), 1 bathroom with shower/bath/vanity, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, hall way, toilet, laundry. The home is usually let on a 1 to 2 night stay. Guests arrive, attend a function, return to the home to sleep and check out the next day. As the home is cleaned regularly it does not get dirty, the general clean takes approx 2 to 3 hours. This includes changing beds and putting linen and towels through washing machine and dryer. (I can assist in this area). I am very flexible with the days and time you chose to do the clean, as long as the property is ready for the guests to check in at 3pm. Occasionally there will be an early check in requested. Also, a check out at 11 am with a check in at 3pm which allows for a 4 hour turn around. This cleaning position will sometimes require you to be available to work on Saturdays and either Sunday or Monday.
