House cleaning for a large home with 2 living room areas, a dining room and 3 bedrooms - however 2 rooms are not occupied so it is a simple vacuum in them. The house is fairly tidy but need a good clean. Often rooms don’t get used because it is large. Need a cleaner who can come every 5-7 weeks or so. This is not near public transport so will need own car. This should take 4 hours to clean. Not for those who are slow but work at an efficient pace. Looking for a one-off 4hr clean for my very large 4x2, with the option for regular cleans should things work out. Date, time and rate negotiable. Looking for someone who: -Is experienced in professional domestic cleaning -Cleans by the hour, not the project -Does not leave early, there are always more tasks that can be done to fill up the time I am paying for -Is thorough and has a good eye for detail -Excellent communication skills -Friendly, polite and respectful -Must have police clearance and provide a copy prior to job acceptance Tasks include: -Kitchen (Benches, splashbacks, sink, stove, microwave inside and out, fingerprints on fridge door) -Bathrooms (Showers, bathtub, sinks, benches) -Toilets x3 -Dusting all clear surfaces that need dusting -Wiping/dusting window sills -Wiping/dusting skirting boards if required -Vacuum all floors, including underneath desks, behind doors, in the nooks and crannies etc, -Mop all hard floors including bathrooms and toilets, using very hot water from the tap or boiling water from the kettle, plus an appropriate floor cleaner. Must change the mop head and water half way through so as to not be mopping with dirty water.
