Hi there, We are a busy family of 4 needing help with home duties. Job will include but are not limited to: WEEKLY in the morning on Mondays. $50 per hour for 3 hours. Extra hours some weeks may be needed. - Scrub clean of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. - Wiping out all appliances. - Changing sheets on 2 beds (1 double & 1 single) - Complete dust and wipe down of all surfaces. Moving toys, items etc. -vacuum and mop - rotating laundry & folding washing. (If needed) - dust blinds & window sills. You will have a high attention to detail, work quickly & be willing to complete tasks other than general cleaning like laundry, washing and ironing when needed. This is a regular weekly job. We are a busy family with a 3 bedroom, 2 living areas, 2 bathroom house. So we’re needing a new house cleaner, as our regular cleaners have moved. We have used cleaners for many years and know what good and bad looks like. We will do first through Airtasker and then continue with cash at an agreed rate. It took a previous cleaner (2 people) 2 hours to clean prior. Wood doors throughout, steam mop supplier and can use our Dyson stick vacuum or your own. Cleaner supplies supplied also as needed. Needing someone who takes initiative, is very thorough and cleans under ornaments, rugs and vacuums couches for our two small dogs etc. Treat our house as your own, attention to detail is key and will be regular for nightly occurrence for successful cleaner. Police check preferred.
