I need help to complete to make the house ready for sale or lease. Extra attentions to detail are required. The cleaning tasks include: - Everywhere in the house: Cleaning all visible surfaces, including porcelain floors, doors. - Outside the house: Cleaning all windows. - Bedrooms: Vacuuming timber floors and carpet floor; Cleaning windows, wardrobes. - Bathrooms & toilet: Cleaning shower, bathtub, porcelain floors. - Kitchen: Cleaning porcelain floor, cabinets, oven. (Stove and sink are already cleaned). - Laundry room: Cleaning porcelain floor, window, door. - Everywhere: Pack some small items into boxes (Not many) to be ready for pickup. The house has 10 standard-sized windows in total. Some of them are tiny. The land size is 550 sqm. The house is only approx. 150 sqm. OPTIONAL (Additional $$$ IF you can do the followings): If you are able to do the followings, I will pay extra money to you when you are here: - Grout porcelain tiles (The grout can be supplied). - Tidy up frontyard and backyard, BBQ area, and 2-car garage. - Remove all rubbish (Not many). Hi, I require my single storey 2bedroom house cleaned. However only 2 carpet bedrooms and the remaining house 3rd BEDROOM is floorboarded is in prinstine condition and so NOT TO BE TOUCHED. One of the bedroom is an ensuite. The house is otherwise in a decently clean condition with regular vaccumm and mop cleaning, however I am looking for a more thorough mop, ceiling webs, and window sill nooks & cranies. wipe down the glass of the bedrooms, lounge, Kitchen rumpus, Ovens, kitchen detail etc. Ideally looking to be cleaned Mon,Tue or Wed this week as Ive got pest control comming to treat the property on Thursday.
